Refund Policies

All programs are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Full refunds will be issued for all programs cancelled by the Community Centre.

Community Centre

    • Each Community Centre program refund notice (excluding rink and pool activities), is subject to an additional $5.00 administration fee.
    • 48 or more hours prior to the start of the program: Full refund
    • 48 hours notice to the start of the program: Refund will be equal to the program fee minus the price of one class.
    • Less than 48 hours prior to the start of the second session of the program: No refund
    • One or two day programs – 2 weeks or more notice before the program start date ($5 administrative fee will be waived if program fee is $10 or less).
      • Less than 2 weeks notice is given – No refund

Birthday Party

  • 30 or more days notice – Full refund
  • 8 – 29 days notice – 50% refund
  • 7 or less days notice – No refund

Day Camp 

  • 21 days notice or more – Full refund
  • 8-20 days notice: 75% refund
  • 7 days-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours notice: No refund
