There will be a $2.00 charge for the replacement of lost or stolen fitness passes!! Note: You must be 13yrs+ to use the Fitness Centre. Exercisers 13-18 years of age must complete a youth waiver (parental permission required) and then complete an orientation before beginning an exercise program.

Orientations & Personalized Programs
Orientations and Personalized Programs are offerred free of charge to all fitness centre drop-in patrons and pass holders. Please ensure that you schedule an appointment with one of our fitness centre attendants at 604-718-8215, as they may be busy if you drop-in.
Everyone of all fitness levels and abilities is welcome at Killarney Fitness Centre. Your admission fee entitles you to a complimentary orientation. During the orientation, we’ll take you on a tour of the weight room, describing proper etiquette, how each piece of equipment works, and the importance of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. It is also recommended that you consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
Our Certified Fitness Centre Attendants can assist you in developing a comprehensive personalized fitness program based on your fitness objectives. This includes a one on one interview to determine your goals and current fitness level, a written program sheet for you to follow, demonstration of any of our applicable Fitness Centre apparatus pertaining to your program, and any follow-up sessions to adjust levels as you improve, or your goals change. We provide this service for any drop-in, strip ticket or pass holder to promote health & fitness in our community, provided users make an appointment and have paid any of the mentioned fees.
Please note: this special program is not a Personal Training Fitness Program – the Fitness Centre Attendant will help you start a fitness program of your own and will be available for assistance as you progress but will not provide one-on-one training on a per visit basis.
