Killarney Youth Council (13-18yrs)

Want to gain volunteer hours and learn skills to be an effective leader?! Join this youth leadership group to voice your opinion, plan activities for youth, and implement your own community projects. As a member you will also represent Killarney Community Centre youth at virtual and in-person city-wide events. Weekly meetings are on Saturdays at 4:15pm in the Seniors Grand Hall. There is an application process to join KYC and it happens at the start of the school year. If you are interested, please contact:

Seasonal Volunteer Opportunities

For current and up-to-date volunteer opportunities, please swing by the Killarney Youth Office during youth office hours to sign up for a volunteering shifts. We have a variety of youth sports drop-in times, special events, and birthday parties to sign up for! We have volunteer orientation/intakes every season. Volunteers must go through an intake in order to be on boarded as a volunteer. Please contact emily.hoang@vancouer.ca, the Community Youth Worker for more information.
