We have two courts available on Mondays, with an eight player maximum per court. Birdies and racquets are not available. Players are responsible for set up and take down of equipment. All rentals are on a per court basis. No session Apr 22 & May 20

Killarney Cardio Club

Are you interested in improving your heart health? Has your doctor told you to start an exercise or walking program? This class is located in the Killarney Fitness Centre using cardio equipment including treadmills, cycles, elliptical machines and other cardiovascular training equipment. It will help you understand how to safely and properly warm-up, and exercise at an appropriate level of intensity based on your health and your age.

Introduction to Weight Training for Seniors NEW!

Book up to 3 individual training sessions with our highly trained staff in the Killarney Fitness Centre. In your first session, learn how to use the equipment, get a personalized fitness program, and receive a card to track your progress. At your second session, review your exercise technique and get answers to questions you may have about your program. Book a third session for additional exercises, support or motivation.
