Love to Sew Camp – Sewing Basics for Kids (8-14 years)
Sewing fosters creativity, is a life skill and develops fine motor skills which are transferable to many careers and disciplines. This introductory course teaches kids how to sew by hand, starting with the basics. Students will be using their sewing skills to make amazing one-of-a- kind projects! Red Cross Babysitting (11-15 years)
Gain the basic skills and condence for responsible babysitting. Learn the responsibilities of a babysitter, how to get along with and care for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and school- aged children. Students will also learn how to handle emergencies and provide first aid. Canadian Red Cross Babysitter’s Manual and Babysitter’s participation card are included.
Hip Hop (9-13 years)
The latest music and moves to hip hop sounds, fun and energetic. Children will learn choreography and will incorporate their own movements as well. A show will be held at the end of season.
Floor Hockey – Instructional (10-13 years)
Do you dream of playing with the Canucks one day? Learn the basic skills and strategy of oor hockey. Emphasis on fun, safe play and teamwork. Come out, shoot and score! Equipment provided if needed.
Ball Hockey Drop in
Leave your pads and skates at home but be ready to hustle as you learn from a leader how to deke, shoot and score! Bring your friends and come join us for an hour of Canada’s favourite sport! Hockey equipment is donated by the Vancouver Street Hockey Program. This is a drop-in activity. Free with membership!
Dodgeball Drop in
Come join our dynamic dodgeball program and get dodging. Every Friday we meet to rock the gym with both team and arena style dodgeball. Learn the 5 Ds of dodgeball: Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge. Bring your friends, bring your skills, bring your style! This is a drop-in activity. Free with membership! 1/3 Gym

Sole Girls Camp (8-12 years)
Sole Girls combines empowering games, powerful discussion and mentorship to build confidence! Girls learn life skills, responsibility and how to be healthy in a safe and interactive environment. They will also learn how to be a positive peer, make new friends and goal-set as part of an active lifestyle. Program includes Sole Girls water bottle, running games, activities, yoga, scavenger hunts, cheering and dancing. Be fearless and healthy! Please bring a lunch and snack to camp.
Ultimate Frisbee Summer Camp (7-13 years)
UltiPros Ultimate Academy is the rst organization in Canada to offer youth ages 7+ professional off-season Ultimate training. This half day Summer camp will focus on kids ages 7-12, teaching them the FUNdamentals of Ultimate including throwing, catching, cutting and general movement patterns. We teach these skills through small-sided games to maximise engagement and touches of the disc. Please bring a snack and water bottle to camp
Art of Tennis Camp (8-12 years)
The combination of Tennis, Yoga, Conditioning, and Creative Art will let your child explore their mind & build their inner strength.The week is broken down into morning and afternoon events which allow the child to be part of an all-day activity program. In case of bad weather, we may take the children swimming and may watch a movie. Bring your lunch, snacks, water bottle, swim suit, towel, shorts, spare t-shirt and socks. A day camp experience you cannot miss!
Youth Tennis Camp (9-13 years)
Develop ball controls skills & fundamentals starting with scaled court and low-compression balls and progressing to a full court. This program is a range of level from beginner to intermediate player. Coach/Student ratio 1:8.
