Badminton (6-12 years)

Learn about grip, serving, clear, forehand, backhand, and other fundamental skills and strategies. Have fun playing games as well. Participants must provide their own racquet. Derek Wong is a NCCP certi ed coach.

Floor Hockey

Do you dream of playing with the Canucks one day? Learn the basic skills and strategy of oor hockey. Emphasis on fun, safe play and teamwork. Come out, shoot and score! Equipment provided if needed.

Sportball Multisport

Sportball Multi-Sport introduces children to the concepts and skills involved in eight different sports: floor hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, golf and football using developmentally appropriate methods to introduce, practice and refine gross motor skills. The programs reinforce the benefits of teamwork and skills development rather than the importance of winning; enabling children to gain the condence and develop the social skills necessary to succeed in sport and life. Sportball Outdoor Soccer (5-7 years)

Sportball coaches develop competence and condence on the eld in Sportball soccer classes. Children are taught the fundamental skills necessary to excel in soccer. These include throw- ins, dribbling, trapping, passing, goalie skills and more. Classes are dedicated to skills development and putting those skills to work in an exciting, non- competitive game. For safety reasons, parents are required to remain at the eld during classes. Fee includes a soccer jersey and ball. Class meets on the Southeast eld by the oval at Kerr and 49th ave.


Sport Camps

Rhythmic Dance Camp (5-8 years)

Combine the grace of ballet and the strength of artistic gymnastics with the challenging manipulation of colourful hand apparatus while moving to various musical accompaniments. The hand apparatus includes ropes, hoops, balls and of course, ribbons. This is a wonderful sport to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, exibility and rhythm.

Sole Girls Camp (8-12 years)

Sole Girls combines empowering games, powerful discussion and mentorship to build condence! Girls learn life skills, responsibility and how to be healthy in a safe and interactive environment. They will also learn how to be a positive peer, make new friends and goal-set as part of an active lifestyle. Program includes Sole Girls water bottle, running games, activities, yoga, scavenger hunts, cheering and dancing. Be fearless and healthy! Please bring a lunch and snack to camp.

Art of Tennis Camp (8-12 years)

Join The Art of Tennis Academy in an all-day camp lled with the essentials of creative art and self-motivating sport.The combination of Tennis, Yoga, Conditioning, and Creative Art will let your child explore their mind & build their inner strength. The week is broken down into morning and afternoon events which allow the child to be part of an all-day activity program. In case of bad weather, we may take the children swimming and may watch a movie. Bring your lunch, snacks, water bottle, swim suit, towel, shorts, spare t-shirt and socks. A day camp experience you cannot miss!

Tennis Red Ball Camp (6-8 years)

Introduces the fundamental skills with an oversized low-compression ball on a smaller court. Learn basic rally, serve and net play skills along with activities that build tennis coordination.“I am a Good Sport” behaviors are also introduced.

Ultimate Frisbee Summer Camp (7-13 years)

UltiPros Ultimate Academy is the rst organization in Canada to offer youth ages 7+ professional off-season Ultimate training. This half day Summer camp will focus on kids ages 7-12, teaching them the FUNdamentals of Ultimate including throwing, catching, cutting and general movement patterns. We teach these skills through small-sided games to maximise engagement and touches of the disc. Please bring a snack and water bottle to camp.

Soccer – Mini Starts Camp (6-12 years)

Experience the beautiful game of soccer, challenging team competition and cheerleading by amazed parents and fans! Players will get energized with dribbling, passing, shooting, running, falling, jumping, scoring goals and making dive saves. Ole, ole! We are inviting parents, friends of the game to cheer-lead these mini stars in exchange for buckets of fun and calorie burning. Children will be grouped by age and skill.
