Killarney Tai Chi Qigong

We are teaching the Five Animal Play Qigong. This Qigong is based on the movement of five animals, the Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey and Bird. Hunyuan Tai Chi Level 2

Hunyuan Tai Chi was created by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang of Beiiinng China.
